When it comes to art, I have a huge passion for both making and observing it. Art has always been a huge part of my life, and will continue to be for as long as I live. As for my own artwork, I tend to stick to drawing. I enjoy sketching more than painting, but am slowly easing into painting and combining it with my drawings. I love to experiment with different utensils and, in the process, discover new techniques. This helps me learn and adapt to new ideas of creativity.
I strongly believe in experimentation when it comes to art because it can broaden a person’s capabilities. I love jumping outside of my comfort zone when it comes to making—it ultimately creates a more enjoyable environment for myself. Banksy, Picasso, Georgia O’Keeffe, Frida Kahlo, and Salvador Dali are a few artists that I draw inspiration from. Nature is also a huge inspiration; I love to incorporate it into my work.
